given the pendulum theory of coaches (i.e. you hire the opposite of what you just fired):

new HC will be an offensive minded, experienced HC
The Bidwills have gone back and forth with their approaches for decades now. They are clueless. The best we can hope for is getting lucky for a few years…..Coryell, Whiz, Arians. Such a sad state of affairs being a lifetime Cardinal fan.

No, JG brought in his own crew and essentially forced Buddy into retirement.

Then why do I see him Patrol on the sidelines on game day in his shirts with the sleeves cut off showing his muscles isn’t that buddy?

Really surprised you're so tough on Monti. It was mostly a JG problem in Arizona.

Now that he's gone we can get the train back on the tracks. We have talent. Still need a QB, but new coach at least gives us a shot.
Mostly a JG problem...incredible. THIS ROSTER IS GARBAGE. Please make an argument as to what Monti has built here - where are the good players? Where is the design of the roster?

Buh buh injuries!!!! That's all you have. There is no rational argument for retaining Monti. He's been terrible at drafting, terrible in FA, and apparently doesn't know you can make trades as well.

If you're going to defend Monti, at least explain why.

Im seeing fans want Brian Flores on twitter.

I dont care how Tua turned out. I am confident about two things in regards to Flores in Arizona.

Bidwill will never do it and Flores might pick an OC worse than Petzing.

Yup, I read that some of the players work with Buddy in the off season on their own

The players loved the prior strength staff. They were the Cardinals only 'A' on that players survey in 2022 back before the Gannon era. That dropped to a C with the new training crew that Gannon brought in.

I’d suspect they asked Gannon to make big staff changes and he said no.

Three and out at a dysfunctional organization and he’s still possibly hireable as a HC again if he has another good run as a DC somewhere (see Kliff last year getting interviews) but longer it would’ve dragged without winning the lower those odds.

I’ve been down this path so frequently to count. The NFL stands for Not For Long lol. I stand by my support for Gannon, but I’m a Cardinal fan first and foremost. My hope now is that we look for an offensive minded HC. Bidwill will always remain the biggest hurdle for this franchise. Our best chance is a few lucky hires here and there, but we’ll never see steady success until the Bidwills sell this franchise.

My man.

Yes, let's get a good young offensive mind here to run the show, and an aggressive DC to take care of that side of the ball.

I think we need to take a list of all the top coaching options, and eliminate the top 5 or so options. They'll never come work for our poverty franchise. Up and comer? BA type who never got a shot? Already behind the 8 ball before the search even starts.
