At "pew pew pew"Gannon probably should have been gone when he said “the joy is in the competition.”

Depends on the contract. HC to HC is pretty standard now to have off-set language, but HC to Coordinator is not always a given. I am sure MB insists on it though and according to the AI, which is wrong a lot, it says he did.So this will offset some of JG's salary
Will MB spend more on the next coach and staff?
Just pure speculation. It’s much more likely that he got fired for going 3-14 in the third season of a rebuild than he refused to fire Petzing, who was not under contract, or Rallis, whose defense was terrible this year despite getting a ton of resources and being relatively healthy.Kerouac9, what part didn’t you like?
Why didn’t they wait for Jim Leonhard to be interviewed? — @jozambada
According to my good friend Rob Demovsky of ESPN, the Packers moved quickly on Gannon because both Harbaugh brothers were interested in him. I was a little surprised they didn’t wait to speak with Leonhard, but it appears LaFleur really didn’t want to miss out on Gannon.
