Nashville Predators goaltender Pekka Rinne has been announced a 2026 inductee into the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Rinne will be the second Predators player, along with Shea Weber, to be inducted into the hall of fame.

Rinne, an eighth-round draft pick in 2004, won 369 games over 15 seasons with the Predators after his arrival in the 2005-06 season. He won the Vezina Trophy as the league's top goaltender in 2017-18. He also represented Finland at four IIHF World Championships, winning MVP of the tournament in 2014, and he surpassing Kari Lehtonen for all-time wins among Finnish-born goalies in 2020.
