Losing a few billion isn't likely to impact the team spending under Ishbia.

My concern is that there will now be many pissed off investors and their lawyers analyzing everything. If everything was not done by the book, it could spiral and cause significant issues; lawsuits, SEC Investigations etc.

I was really excited to have Ish as an owner - the more I see of him, the more concerns I have moving forward.

Yes - he no longer has the ability to use his company as a piggy bank anymore, which could affect future flexibility with the Suns.
Waaaay too simplistic. Billionaires (and he’s still considered a billionaire) don’t use cash in hand for anything. They leverage their net worth, deduct mountains of interest and have cash to play with while their actual net worth is locked up in investments. The question will be whether lenders will consider him a viable investment option. I think likely still yes.

I wish there was a way to block me from ever seeing "Flex from Jersey" opine about anything ever.

He doesn't know anything about anything. Someone leaked the CP3 trade to him and he's made a 6 year career out of being right one time.

Of all the things to waste a wish on. I haven't invested more than 30 seconds of my life on Flex and whether he is an insider or a wannabe so I'll save my wishes for the really important stuff such as making butter a health food. And that "30 seconds" includes the 15 seconds it took me to type and post this message.

OK - you and others seem quite confident that this won't have much of an impact on him financially moving forward. I guess we'll see.

I don't think it's a given either way but I'd lean towards unconcerned.

Phrazbit is the type to end up with a gold wheelchair after his three wishes are complete.
