Florida baseball will look to maintain several program streaks heading into the 2026 MLB Draft.
Dating back to the inaugural year of the MLB Draft in 1965, the Gators have seen 231 individuals combine for 261 draft selections, including 20 first-round picks. During Florida head coach Kevin O’Sullivan's tenure, UF has had 116 draft selections and 14 first-round picks.
Excluding the COVID-shortened, five-round MLB Draft in 2020, at least one Gator has been selected every year since 1997, and since 1998 every drafted has featured multiple UF players taken. Notably, Florida has registered at least four draft picks in 16 of the 17 years.
In the last three years, Florida has had at least five players chosen in the draft.
Here's a look at the Florida players and signees who were picked on July 11 and July 12.
