Florida baseball has re-signed two of its star players for next season.

The Gators’ Friday night ace, Aidan King, and starting shortstop Brendan Lawson have both re-signed, as announced by Florida Victorious.

King was named the SEC Pitcher of the Year and earned multiple All-American honors. The right-hander recorded an 8-2 win-loss record, 3.21 ERA, 92 strikeouts and issued only 19 walks in 87 innings and 16 starts.

Lawson, who also earned All-American honors, batted .312 with 11 doubles, 19 home runs and 48 RBIs. He also drew 53 walks and was hit by a pitch 24 times to help give him an on-base percentage of .511.

The sophomore duo helped Florida win 41 games this season and earn the No. 8 national seed.

Both King and Lawson are considered top 10 college prospects for the 2027 MLB Draft.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
