I don't think it'll go down that way, it will be some sort of restructure or paycut. We'll see.
Whether he believes you or not isn't relevant, no need to fuel the fire. You find it accurate, you can simply ignore comments that don't believe you. Don't feel like you have to defend yourself.

This is too funny. At the end of the day, money will speak louder than feelings felt right now but Tyler's source is extremely legit. He is simply telling what he heard so take it however you want.

Fitz would leave without decent pay but the cards will offer decent pay to keep him.
Fitz has to choose between stats, championships opportunities and money in no particular order.
We do offer championship opportunity and plenty of money so unless he wants gaudy money or gaudy stats, he should be back.

From the info that OP has given, it's pretty easy to narrow down the "source" to a few players.
-Been on the team since 2011
-Not happy with current role
I think the two obvious choices here are Sam Acho and Rob Housler.

Acho's playing time has been cut and given to Okafor and Shaughnessy.
Housler is the most likely "source" in my opinion, since the OP said this player is in a "very similar" situation to Fitz. (Neither of them want to block, both of them want to catch more balls). Your opinion of Housler is irrelevant to the situation.
Housler has been outplayed by the other TEs on the roster. If he is unhappy with being buried on the depth chart, he should become reliable.
Acho too. Okafor probably had more sacks this season than Acho has had in the NFL.
