I think I would prefer a experienced head coach, even if he wasn't real successful, Joseph or Morris. Surly their smart enough to learn something from failure. And then hire all young up and coming assistant coaches

Too easy, LaFleur or Campanille! In the big scheme things, it really doesn’t matter. Even with Jesus Christ as HC, Bidwill will find a way to screw it up. Until the NFL decides to remove Bidwill, there is ZERO hope for Cardinal fans.

Pretty sure Campanile will be the guy. he fits the profile...no great success, limited time in the NFL, was coaching High School a few weeks ago.

his only drawback is that he was with Michigan in 2019...might not sit well with our Ohio State fascination.

I hope we pick a HC soon, before all of the good offensive and defensive coordinators and assistant coaches have already found jobs and we end up with a bunch of inexperienced coaches and college coaches. One of the problems with our last coaching organization were almost everyone was in a new job.

Of those 4 I'm leaning Morris. Experience as a HC and rebuild the defense and existing young talent already on the team.

I'd probably switch Weaver and Campanile but otherwise I agree. Would be fine with any of the Top 3 depending on the staffs they would be able to build around them. If they hire a first time HC I really want to see at least one coordinator with prior experience in that role this time around!

Yup. Rookie head coaches need someone who has been there, done that. Learn from their mistakes instead of making and learning from your own.
