After a competitive high school girls' soccer season among Cumberland County programs, it's time to vote for postseason awards.
Seventy-First captured a league title in the Eastern Sandhills Conference after a 12-4-1 record, and Kianna Carrazco earned a share of Conference Offensive Player of the Year with South View's Jaliyah DeJesus.
Terry Sanford and Cape Fear shared the Tri-County title after a battle-tested second matchup between the two, and the Bulldogs' Drury University commit, Taylor Stangle, earned conference Offensive Player of the Year.
In the Mid South, Sophia Hernandez was named Co-Offensive Player of the Year along with Overhills' Skylar Hayes.
Now, it's the Fans' Choice to vote for your 910Preps Girls' Soccer Player of the Year.
Voting will conclude on June 25.
Madelyn Barton, Fayetteville Christian — Barton was a standout seventh grader on varsity, and scored 14 goals with 11 assists in 20 games this season.
Autumn Barton, Fayetteville Christian — Barton stood out as a senior and led the Warriors to an undefeated league championship in the NCISAA Sandhills Athletic Conference. She scored 14 goals and dished 10 assists throughout the season.
Sofia Carrasco, Gray's Creek — Carrasco led her team in goals with 12 on the season, with 11 assists as well, to earn a Tri-County all-conference nod.
Kianna Carrazco, Seventy-First — As the Co-Player of the Year for the Eastern Sandhills Conference, Carrazco led her team to a league championship, and led the Falcons in goals per match with 0.4, assists per match with 0.6, and 57 steals. She scored six total goals and had 10 assists on the season.
Maggie Coleman, Seventy-First — The Eastern Sandhills Conference goalie of the Year was phenomenal for the Falcons this year. Coleman ranked No. 14 in the 6A with a 1.118 goals-against average and No. 8 in saves with 143 on the season.
Jaliyah DeJesus, South View — DeJesus, the other Co-Player of the Year for the Eastern Sandhills Conference, scored 14 goals and four assists on the season to lead the Tigers to a 10-7-1 record.
Reese Ferrell, Village Christian — The sophomore striker scored 14 goals on the season, averaging 1.4 per game. She also had five assists in 10 total games played for the Knights.
Sophia Hernandez, Jack Britt — The Co-Offensive Player of the Year in the Mid South Conference led the Buccaneers to a 12-8 record after scoring 10 goals on the season.
Hailey Hoaglund, Pine Forest — The Mid South Conferences' second Goalie of the Year, maintained a 1.345 goals-against average for second in the conference. She also had 217 saves, placing 31st in the state and No. 3 in the 7A.
Alisha Rodriguez Humphreys, Pine Forest — Out of 81 shots, the sophomore forward scored 10 goals and had six assists in 20 games played.
Ava Luchetta, Cape Fear — Luchetta was a driving force to help the Colts earn a piece of the Tri-County title. She scored 16 goals on the season and 34 total points in 21 games.
Taylor Stangle, Terry Sanford — The Tri-County Player of the Year and Drury commit scored 1.9 goals per match, totaling 33 goals on the season with seven assists to go along.
Olivia Terranova, Terry Sanford — The Tri-County Goalie of the Year averaged 10.6 saves per game and her goals-against average was 0.251 for No. 19 in the state and No.50 nationally, along with a league-leading 181 saves.
