I think both are true.
The claim that Wilks wasn't given a chance was nonsense. I thought he should have been fired just for throwing players under the bus. Remember all his post game press conferences where he said the game plan was good but the players just didn't execute. Or as the year on when he was asked what needed to be fixed, he kept saying he didn't know.

I don't know...I think the NFL would come down pretty hard if the allegations and the cover up are proven to be true. Maybe wishful thinking, but lots of stuff that the league will likely be interested in investigating further.
