PHILADELPHIA − The Eagles on Aug. 13 are holding their final training camp practice before their first preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens on Aug. 15.

\n
The starters are not expected to play, at least on offense, against the Ravens. So this last practice should be a long one. Wide receivers DeVonta Smith and Makai Lemon continue to miss practice with hamstring injuries, so they won’t play against the Ravens anyway.

The Eagles are expected to use the preseason game as a chance to get a look at younger players and those fighting for a roster spot. It could also be big for backup quarterbacks Andy Dalton and Tanner McKee, who are battling for the No. 2 spot behind Jalen Hurts.

\n
Eagles coach Nick Sirianni wouldn’t divulge which QB is starting vs the Ravens.

Why Saquon Barkley's resurgence could be slowed

\n
It's expected that Saquon Barkley's rushing totals will be closer to his 2024 total of 2,005 yards as opposed to last season when Barkley rushed for 1,140 yards. But that's not necessarily the case because of this other running back who could have a big role this season.
