I was one too. Oof. Behind this current team, I'd be really losing my mind. The team would be hamstrung.
But for what it's worth, this is my fear about cutting tail for the next "hot young offensive mind" that's left, and making them a head coach. I think that's a disaster in waiting. I don't know what I want, but I think that well has been hit too many times.

Why would anyone want DeFilippo as a HC. He is terrible as an OC.
I think we need to look at someone proven the more I think about it. I just don't know who that would be outside of McCarthy.
