Coventry City predicted lineup and team news vs Hull

Coventry City bid to take a step closer to promotion when the Championship leaders face Hull City this evening.

Frank Lampard’s side are closing in on a return to the Premier League after a 25-year absence. Coventry have won eight of their last nine league games to open up a 12-point gap to third-place Middlesbrough.

However, opponents Hull also have ambitions of playing Premier League football next season. The home side are fifth and fighting to hold onto a play-off position.

Leading scorer Haji Wright is also expected to return. The US international has scored 16 Championship goals this season, second only to Swansea’s Zan Vipotnik. Wright started from the bench against Derby, with Ellis Simms preferred.

Elsewhere, Joel Latibeaudiere and Brandon Thomas-Asante could return to the squad after international commitments and injury respectively.
