I thought that expanding what you have already partially built will be built during the season?

Building seats will be built immediately - building sections always start during the offseason.

Joel - reread this thread - I just merged some posts from different threads about construction activity and that Berlin team.

Okay. I'm caught up now.

I'm going to fully build out everything we now have under construction for $1.3 M. This will leave us with about $800 K for a rainy day fund.

In the offseason, we'll put in the endzones and possibly visitors corners ~ $5,000,000.

I adjusted the concession pricing to 75% of the max offered. The last home game we averaged $14.88 / seat on concessions with the pricing at the max.

I'm hoping by lowering a bit, we can maximize that out more.

Also, I dumped $1.0 M to build a corner which will be built in the off-season.

I will then take out a loan and hopefully finish out the horseshoe end and possibly all but the other endzone.

We will have about $630,000 for concessions the rest of the year plus our current cash of $823,000 for a total of $1,453,000.

Our daily salary remaining is $77,771.00 ($3,110,840.00/yr) for a total of 20 days which equals $1,555,420 - so we may dip into the red a day or so until we start selling season tickets.

So we will not offer up any new contracts or signing bonuses until the off season.

Today is Day 21, so we should only have 19 more days of salary left. Plus if we make the playoffs that's another $100K.

Sounds good.

Don't ferget that we can do a trade between the ateam and the CZARs for some of the level 13 guys that will probably total $300k...during the offseason of course.

Sadly I must admit that I saw him play live at a July 4th uncle sam jam in AZ. He was playing with Wilson Phillips and Milli Vanilli! :D OUCH! Needless to say at that time of year it was certainly HOT HOT HOT!

At the time when Wilson Phillips was BIG and everyone thought Milli Vanilli was real it seemed pretty good. HAHAAA!

I was about 5 standing rows back and they had me fooled. BASTARDS!
