1 127 845.16 - (74 947 * 12) + 100 000 = 328 481.16

If he can come up with 171 518.84 and take back the construction on one of the corners, we can afford to construct two endzones.

Depends on the timing...But I think the 'Ateam' via off season trades will probably be writing a check ($300k min.).

The construction of the corner is $1,000,000. The Endzones are $1.5M.

I'm planning on taking loans out to build the Endzones and other corner.

So, that will be a $4.5M loan.

This year, we made $969,000 in season ticket sales and $2,960,000 for regular tickets in the first day alone of ticket sales.

Next year, with more seats constructed since then, I anticipate an even larger income.

For the year, we made $7,077,000 for ticket sales and $1.7 M for concessions.

So with this upcoming year, I intend to start construction on the the balance of the lower bowl and then throughout the year (and by the 3rd game) have a buildout of the lower bowl.

You can take out more than one loan? I thought you could only take out one $1.5M

Pariah, when you are allowed to do it, please take out $4.5 Million in loans so I can finish the lower bowl build out.

Thanks!

We can only take out $1.5M at a time. So, I think we ought to be able to take $1.5M day-1 of the offseason, pay it back when we get the first wave of ticket sales in, take out another and see what that does to ticket sales and repeat if it's successful.

It's up to you, but since these loans carry a 27% rate, I think we ought to wait until the last day before ST go on sale.

Thoughts?

Questions:

1.) Can a loan be taken out any time?
2.) New construction only happens during the offseason. Do season ticket sales happen during the offseason as well?

What I'd hate to happen is wait for the season ticket sales to come in and we don't have enough time to get all of the construction underway.

Yes - but we want to take the loan out on the last day of the offseason and then pay it off on day 1 of the new season after the first wave of ticket sales....that way we pay off the loan without incurring any interest hits.

To further answer yer 2nd question "no" - ticket sales start on the 1st day of the new season.

If you can only take out $1.5 mill at a time, and we are going to do this on the last day of the offseason, then we won't be able to construct the rest of the lower bowl for this upcoming season.

What's market value for Tommy Cedrick? If we got another $272k we could at least buy both end zones.

We need to research this more - according to the Berlin Rebels they invested $16,000,000 into stadium construction/expansion during the last offseason and first 2 days of season 3.

We need to pay for new construction in the offseason and expansion during the first few days of the season.

If we miss the new construction deadline, we are screwed.

Can I have another $1.5 million please?

The first one didn't last too long.
