Somebody help me....what is the owner hoping for by blowing his wad on construction with a negative balance. There has to be some type of limit or penalty right?
Yes...go fer it.We're looking really good on the $$ front. Should we try to maximize the seats in the sections we already have? (so long as we don't jeapordize our ability to pay the current contracts)
Yes...go fer it.
Last year we generated $2.8 mil in ticket sales...the biggest boost came right after construction.
Concession we averaged $92k per game or about $708k fer the season.
Here is our present Team Finances Report:
Current Cash
$2,727,257.16
Daily Salary
$70,501.00 ($2,820,040.00/yr)
Spend whatever you want but keep a daily minimum of $550k in the bank. We'll ride the game concessions to make up the difference.
lol...yer the finance guy. All I did was spend the owners money while you were gone.Should we invest another million into expanding the stadium even more now?
I'm all for stadium expansion. It only brings in more money in the long term.
Yep I agree.Spend it to make it.
But, I think we ought to max out the seats in the existing sections. It's not nearly as cool as buying new sections and building a kick arse stadium, but it will help us recoup cost THIS SEASON.
Seems to me we're doing okay, but if we drop a mil on a section that won't bring in cash until next season we could potentially be in $$ trouble.
In all honesty, please don't weigh my opinion more than others, though. I'll execute whatever kind of financial plan youse wants to do. But in this case, I'd say we shouldn't buy a new section yet, but rather buy all the seats we can.
Yer exactly right - We can also follow the "berlin" model in taking out loans in the offseason.Spend it to make it.

Are you including gates sales?Balance projection
$3,218,346.16
-34(75,025.00) (rest of salary)
+(4501+8920)55 (sidelines)
+250*125 (club)
+(270+3700)48 (corner)
+6*(160000) concessions
=2 587 461.16
If we end up at that number we can afford one endzone and another corner. With another loan we could get a second endzone. With those numbers it's going to be tight so I suggest no more bonuses and that we cut dead weight CPU players (are contracts guaranteed?).
Are you including gates sales?
No - its the same. Are those different from the 8920/1260/3700 we sold in games one and two?
That's what I'm talkin' about. Look at the big brain on nate.Balance projection

It ain't gonna matter if you start now or later - so might as well go fer it. Construction kicks in during the end of the offseason....So, I am tempted to buy and EndZone now, but when will the construction for it start? Now or in the offseason?
To fully build out what we already have, it would cost an additional $1,300,000 now.
