Welcome to the Morning Commute
Today we’re talking about Mizzou Women’s Golf!
The PGA Championship starts today … but Mizzou Women’s Golf is heading to the NCAA Championships! For just the second time in program history— the Tigers have punched their ticket to the National Championship.

It’s their first trip since 2005. All Mizzou needed to do was finish in the top five — and they came in fifth place in the Stanford Regional with a +8 overall score.

It has been a heck of a turnaround as the program was ranked 120th four years ago.

For those unaware of the format, Mizzou will be one of 30 teams remaining at the National Championships. There will be 72 holes of stroke play to determine the final eight teams — then there’s match play to decide the champion.
Good luck to the ladies as their special season continues. Make those birdies and avoid those bogeys!

Govan has an impressive regional offer list including Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas State, Iowa State and Louisville, among others.
A good list of teams for Mizzou to win the recruiting battle for Goan.
Hardy underwent surgery, according to a statement released by Mizzou Athletics. The statement added Hardy’s timeline for a return to playing football is unknown, though a report from ESPN’s Pete Thamel says that there is “optimism” that Hardy will be able to play again.
The best news you could possibly hope for on Ahmad Hardy.
