The North Carolina Tar Heels are hoping to get back on track after losing three of their last five games going into Saturday's matchup at Virginia. As the program navigates the rest of the season, the future of the program and the Dean E. Smith Center have been in focus.

Just last week we heard from Roy Williams, Tyler Hansbrough and other former players who supported the university renovating the Dean Dome rather than moving to an off-campus location. Now, a rival is speaking out and he agrees with Roy.

On a recent interview with Josh Graham on Westwood One Sports, former Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski was asked about the Dean Dome and its legacy. He

“I would listen to Roy, who understood Dean the best," Krzyzewski said. "And if, per chance, they do move something, they better name it the Smith Center. Dean was one of the greatest of all time. He not only produced outstanding teams and players, but he also produced outstanding men. And Roy did the same thing.

Coach K went on to say that he didn't know about the discussions to move the Dean Dome. He also said that he and Roy are close to this day after their coaching careers. Coach K may not be a favorite of UNC fans but to hear him agree with Roy on this matter is important.

Now the waiting game continues.
