Randy Delgado called up with Buchholz out for the rest of season.

A reliever for a starter? Hmmm.

Delgado was a starter and long reliever before. Looks like we are just trying to get through the season.

At this point, might as well call Duplantier up and give him a start to see what he has.

Because of the "MLB Arbitration Clock" stuff, I doubt we see Duplantier on the 40 man roster until June 1st of next year. It's become the norm now for any team that thinks they've got a legitimately talented player to deliberately delay their arrival to screw them out of a year of arbitration/FA eligibility.
