That’s a BS article. It’s all speculation and it doesn’t say the Cardinals are shopping him it says teams might be interested in him.

he’s not going anywhere

Won’t somebody please think of the promo photos!?!

I’m guessing Josh Rosen was as well before we traded him for Murray.

Maybe even DJ was recently!

We have an abundance of WR and are rumoured to be drafting someone Murray played with at Oklahoma. Would trading Kirk after a solid year be worth draft capital? Or are our backups not ready to step in and take over?

You’ve got a whole slew of posters on this board that say wide receiver corps isn’t deep enough and we need to draft one with our number 8 pic… And now people say that we’re deep enough to get rid of Kirk? Easily the second best wide receiver on the team at this point? Literally makes no sense…

he was actually missing from promo videos prior to being traded. (Rosen)

In fact, they released one without him and then made another with him because everyone noticed.

The team is intent on keeping him IMO and some clickbait article doesnt mean anything.

Depends on the Cowboys grade of Kirk prior to the 2018 draft.

Michael Gallup has been a better WR, but they took him in the 3rd round. They drafted Connor Willaims in the 2nd round. Its possible they were going to draft Kirk before the Cards took him.

They might feel Kirk at just 23 > Devin Duvernay in the 2nd round.
Edit: Kirk/Duvernay contrast

Would make sense to me if the Cowboys really liked Kirk and feel its better to give up a 2nd rounder on a proven guy with potential instead.

I like Duvernay BTW....if he slips to the 4th.

Slips?

That’s where he has been projected at since the start of the year.

Kirk gets glowing reviews from Fitz on his work ethic. Fitz said he works like a true professional... I hope we keep Kirk, he's had some injuries slow him down but I think he can be a SOLID wr 2

no way, people are thinking we might draft Cee Dee lamb because of his relationship with Kyler Murray. Kyler has a great relationship with Christian Kirk from their history together. They are not going to trade him.

I wouldn’t readily dismiss this. These things often never get realized, but this is consistent with what I posted earlier that the Cards had doubts about his long term future.

lt makes sense if the plan is to draft a wr at 8.

If we could get a second I would trade him, but doubt we could get that much.
