Chiefs reportedly trade star cornerback Trent McDuffie to Rams for multiple picks, including 2026 first-rounder

The Kansas City Chiefs are parting ways with one of their best defensive players. The team reportedly agreed to trade cornerback Trent McDuffie to the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for multiple draft picks, including the No. 29 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

McDuffie, 25, is coming off a season in which he started 13 games with the Chiefs. He registered one interception, one sack and one forced fumble during the regular season.

In exchange for McDuffie, the team will receive four draft picks.
