Because McCoy is a career backup and nothing more this has been proven over… well you know his entire freaking career. People gonna get carried away beating on a depleted Rams team give me a break.

You're going to be the last one on the hill it seems.

Is their defense depleted?

The huge Kyler stans are gonna just completely blow this off after Kyler played this same Rams D and looked absolutely atrocious?

Like… ZERO pause for thought watching the change in the entire offense?

Lets give Kliff a bit of credit

backup QB, 4 offensive line starters out

many coaches would have gone with the "running game and defense" game plan

instead, he is leveraging Colts strengths: quick decisions and accurate short passes

Of course they’re gonna blow it off it doesn’t fit their narrative

I am a k1 fan from day1 but this game show how much he need to eat a big humble pie
This game is hard to use as a teaching tool imo. One thing I think makes sense though, as a way of explaining how calm the offense seemed, is Colt must have a lot less options. Probably can't change the plays or has limited options, can't call out protections, etc. He's probably only reading one side of the field so there's less to process. I think all that plays into it.
