Just so many options...and like markets, such as Phoenix, we have a majority of people not from the area, or even the country...and a huge amount of tourists. All of that factors in.

I'm actually curious about how Vegas will do...it's one thing to sell out a hockey arena, it's another to sell out a football stadium with your own fans.

If they do it right the Raiders can incorporate themselves into a tourist attraction with other strip activities

I know several people planning on being Raiders season ticket holders when they move here in Phoenix to entertain clients

That's great to see. I live closer to Vegas than Phoenix

Edit: doesn't mean I will be a fan of their teams. Just closer for me to go a game if the Cards play there
