Did anyone hear the sideline reporter at halftime after she talked with JG?

She asked when Kyler would be back and the response was Kyler has done everything JG has asked for and then...

JG then said "Kyler needs people to be direct with him and tough coaching,"

Why say that at this point? At halftime?

Let the speculation begin!

That is a bizarre thing to say.

Didn't see a second of it, went to Santa Cruz to see monarch butterflies instead, wound up watching a redtail hawk eat something for 10 minutes.

I'm actually surprised Tune's stats aren't worse though.

Again rookie against that pass rush with our current roster, no chance.

Agree. Why say something like this.

There are deeper problems with this franchise, prepare for more losses like this over the coming years.

If Tune was any younger, the Cardinals could have been charged with child abuse. Throwing him into that game behind a just awful offensive line (and they were offensive), should be illegal. Trading Dobbs without having Murray available is a boondoggle of epic proportions.

Kyler has to play and you have to evaluate him. Tough to evaluate any offensive player with Tune at QB. One of the problems of having a terrible roster is that it make sit more difficult to evaluate players.
Spin post/maybe a thread.

Do we start the clock on evaluating Petzing? I was a fan, but when you see what Demco's OC is doing with the Texans..

This may be the most critical Cardinals post I’ve ever seen from 40.

……?

You really saying this despite over performing until forced to coaching QB3 making his debut?
Was he over performing tho? Almost all of our resources are invested in the offense and going into this week we were 22nd in points and 24th in yardage.

(EDIT: Petzing shouldn’t be evaluated on games without Conner TBH. This roster has been sabotaged from the inside.)

If Kyler isn't activated, trading away Dobbs is a real head-scratcher. It's one thing if you think it's one, maybe two weeks, but if it's later or he isn't activated, it was nuts.

The Vikings were bent over a barrel, I wish we would've fleeced them.

One thing is for sure, the media will bash the Cards for here to kingdom come if Dobbs takes them to the playoffs. Not a good look for a fresh GM and our historic bad culture. Also another potential hit to momentum going into the offseason where we may try to sign free agents.

I'd say the problem is Dobbs with a week of practice just put up 3 tds against the very same Falcons that Kyler will play next week.
Great point. It's another valid measure Dobbs vs Kyler, same defense, one week apart. (assuming Kyler plays)
