There were 35 athletes selected as All-Stars for the Cape and Islands League boys and girls swim and dive 2025-26 season, three more than last season.

Martha's Vineyard had the most selections on the boys side with six, while the Nantucket girls team had the most overall with eight. Those two teams also went unbeaten in league meets and finish as league champions.

Here are the players who were selected as All-Stars this winter.
