Former Knick Julius Randle is coming back to New York. This time to the Brooklyn Nets, according to reports.

ESPN's Shams Charania is reporting that the Nets are acquring Randle from the Minnesota Timberwolves in a three-team trade along with the No. 28 pick in Wednesday's NBA Draft.

The Chicago Bulls will get Nic Claxton from the Nets, while Minnesota will get Brooklyn's No. 33 pick.

Randle was traded by the Knicks along with Donte DiVincenzo to Minnesota in a blockbuster trade that brought Karl-Anthony Towns to New York in 2024.

Randle averaged 21.1 points a game last season with 6.7 rebounds and 5.0 assists, while Claxton averaged 11.7 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.7 assists for Brooklyn. Claxton was taken by the Nets with 31st pick back in 2019.
