I think he can come in and make us better but I don’t think it is enough to get us all the way.

He had a MVP QB and a loaded team but still couldn’t win when it counts. Our roster is no where near the Bills.

I think the team should go after him cause I feel he is the best out there but I wouldn’t count on us going to the super bowl.

We’ll see if he’s as in demand as he thinks he is. Allegedly he only wants to go to a contender. He’s a safe hire, seems like a low ceiling, high floor type of coach.

Hes the best coach left available...by far. He doesn't seem like a TV guy at all...so I think he's gettable unless he wants to sit out a year.

I feel like both Baltimore and the Steelers are going to go with a young coach who they hope will be there 10+ years. They both like having the reputation of developing their own guys rather than bringing in someone who was recently fired by a rival.
