LOL... There is nothing, like, NOTHING, to be gleaned from this game. The coaches and players took this as a junket and nothing more. Mentally and physically, they were not at all prepared... which makes these stupid bowl games all the more useless...

More and more, many of the bowl games are more like NFL preseason than meaningful year end games.

In any case, ASU definitely needs some new offensive talent around Daniels next year. Most of what they have returning isn't going to cut it if they want to challenge for the PAC.

There are too many bowl games and the vast majority are worthless. I guess it means something for underclassmen and guys who won’t play football again but otherwise it’s just a joke. That why I don’t fault any player for skipping their bowl game unless they are one of the 4 teams who have a shot at the Championship.

I’ve been to El Paso for the Sun Bowl when ASU played Purdue and that place is a freaking dump.

Yup they've signed 13 of the 20 scholarships they have to give this year. We'll see what they round out with in February. We are down 5 scholarships this year because of the blue shirts we used to play this year.
