You guys crack me up.

:D

Some guys that visit a particular team have no injury history to speak of and require a basic physical. All results are known at the time of that physical.

Other guys, such as Marcus Robinson, have had serious injury concerns lately and require more tests such as MRI's. MRI's are not developed right away and the results take a bit longer.

In other words, HOLD YOUR HORSES!

That's true to a point Jim. But the data and images can be available less than an hour after the imaging. A typical average joe then has to wait a few days for a radiologist to read the results. I'd hope the Cardinals would have a lot more pull, and the ability to pay, and get the results in 24hrs, tops.

Were those MRI's done on Monday or Tuesday?

It HURTS!!! Jim

I'm trying to hold the reins but damn it hurts and my cracked bloody hands can't take it anymore, the horses are spooked because we have no veteran or definite #1 WR and the draft can't guarantee one. Crap, they are dragging me around awful hard and it doesn't matter if everyone on this site is trying to hold these horses, I have Cardinal red blood caked all over me!

First off bring back Howdy Doody. If the Cards are interested enough to bring a guy in then they should be prepared to get the medical results quickly and know if they want to make an offer. That's not rushing into anything. It's being efficient and aggressive. But,like i said before,it probably take about 30 minutes to spit out the term MRI.So,48 hours is about the right time frame.

Jim - If there had been a statement to that effect in conjunction with the Robinson press release, we'd be happy to do jus that.

But operating in an info vacuum, we fans get a bit testy.

When it comes down to it, we fans are idiots...all of us. I would rather them be careful with the M-Rob situation and have the team doctor read the MRI, not just some radioligist. Who knows, Dr. Chick could have been in surgery all day. Who knows, maybe they have reached a deal but wanted to wait until tomorrow to announce it. Who knows, maybe they saw him workout and were not impressed.

I would love to jump at things too, especially when you see Jason McAddley as your number one WR, but I will be patient with the Cards in this situation because M-Rob has been an injury concern for much of his career.

Maybe we can get Dexter Jackson and Duane Starks to play both ways to bolster our WR corp. Hell, we paid them enough money.

But seriously, I think that adding Robinson and maybe Stokes could make us a serious offense to contend with.

No that I have said my piece, I'll crawl back into my bottle of whiskey until season starts.

:)
