That was great base running by Marie, scoring on a popup to short RF in the top of the 12th. The Padres right fielder triple-clutched and Ketel took advantage of it. Or maybe he triple-clutched because Ketel was headed home.

You know that Archie cuda-shudda-wudda be on that list. With his fastball and bravado, it shouldn't be that difficult for him to work on two dependable backup pitches over the winter.
Yeah I get that. I am, justifiably, not on the Archie bandwagon. I don't think he has it in him to make adjustments...that whole bravado thing. I notice you only added one name to the list meaning this would be a huge bullpen overhaul.

It's middle of the 6th in this final game and it's tied 2-2, thanks to a pinch hit HR by Souza this inning, just his fifth HR of the season. Marte had an earlier HR for the other run.
Jimmy Sherfy came in to replace Robbie Ray in the 5th and left the bases loaded. Brito had lost a fly ball in the sun in RF.
