Said this all off season that this WR room was below average and boy did today show it.

Marv is not a number 1
Wilson is not a number 2
Jones should not be on this squad at all.

This is completely on MO and after three years he has failed to give us talent on this offense.

I was pointing out how Marv's horrible catch rate was the reason he wasn't elite and doesn't get more targets. Today, 2 drops, 1 with no one within a mile of him would have been an easy 75 yard TD if it was anyone else, and another drop in the endzone.

The elite guys don't do that. He's just not a play maker right now. He's a guy, who can occasionally make plays.

I really wish we taken Rome or Nabers.

I've been saying this since last year. just can't separate on a regular basis. I didn't want to draft Harrison, I kept saying the Cards should draft Nabers, gets separation and is quicker and faster than Harrison.
But most important: FIRE PETZING, his offense sucks.

Probably the plan is to go all in on offense next year.

Upgrade the line and the WR room big time.

This was a game of 2's today
2 much cushion on the last drive
2 CB out
2 dropped passes that wins the game.

Our WR's scare no defense so you're not wrong.
3 dropped pass that wins game. MHJ, Jones and Demercado’s drop would have been a TD instead of settling for FG.

I’m not even looking at the receivers when the offense is broken and we have a short stop playing quarterback
Your act is tired and you can take this to the collapsing K1 thread.

This thread is about our terrible WRs which can’t be over looked any longer.

MHJ right now should be a #2 wide receiver (despite his draft position) and someone else should be the #1 wide receiver. I'd prefer a vet with solid hands for our #1 wide receiver.
Maybe MHJ eventually improves enough to be a legit #1 wide receiver, maybe he doesn't.

I'm not an Xs and Os guy, but this makes sense to me.

This will be unpopular, but you can't ignore your WRs until you get behind and then expect them to make plays. It's one of the biggest issues I have with the offense. Yes they had drops, but is it shocking that the cardio squad isn't ready for the big moments? Have to have a balanced offense if you are going to count on this group to make plays when you have to throw the ball.

IOL and WR problems persist. Glad we sat on money.

Now we get to watch Skattebo on SNF with an injured Connor and wonder what if.

No it's a reasonable take.
