I think Palmer is the one key to our success and I wouldn't consider him old by QB standards. Fitz's age is irrelevant to his performance and the role he now plays. CJ may be over 30 but having Ellington and DJ behind him is gravy. I think both are capable of leading the rushing attack if need be. Our o-line, d-line, TE's and secondary are young or in their prime.
This article is reaching for straws as far as team flaws.

Also a strength. These guys know the clock is ticking. The urgency will be there the second half of this season against stronger competition. I think they will look back at halftime during the Browns game as the key point in the season where they kicked on the afterburners and never looked back.

I worry about their stamina later in the season frankly, it's a common problem with older men. They can't go as long or as hard as the younger dudes, but they do seem to make up for it with technique and a passion for the game. Depends I suppose, some of the younger guys just want to score, and they drive it in there repeatedly, over and over, really fast, but that doesn't negate the older pro's who grind all day long, milk the clock, and pound it in there for the win.

I'm really hoping that halftime speech/turnaround was one of those defining moments type things you always hear about for championship teams.

I really can't wait for the next two games. they're going to tell us everything about this team we've been wondering about all season, IMO.

Totally agree with this. Statement games, both. We for real, pretenders, or a joke?

They're not a good as they once were--but they're as good once--as they ever were. ;)
