6 Manitowoc, Sheboygan girls wrestlers to watch at WIAA state tourney

The WIAA state girls wrestling tournament continues on Feb. 26 with the state tournament.

Here are the six wrestlers to watch from Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties, in alphabetical order.

The top-two finishers in each weight class at each sectional advanced to the state tournament in Madison.

All rankings are as of Feb. 15 from Wisconsin Grappler.

Riley Bailey, so., Oostburg​

Bailey earned the sectional in Beaver Dam at 100-pounds to move on to state.

Angela Bianchi, sr., Two Rivers​

Bianchi was the sectional champion at 120 at the Waupaca sectional. She’s the two-time reigning state champion at 120 and ranked No. 1 in the state.

Debra Kuss, so., Mishicot​

Kuss is ranked No. 7 at 120 coming off a second-place showing at sectionals behind Bianchi.

Emjay Neumann, sr., Manitowoc Lincoln​

Neumann is the No. 3 wrestler at 114, winning the title at the weight at the Waupaca sectional.

Ellianna Robinson, sr., Sheboygan South​

Robinson is 10th at 152 and took second at the weight at the Beaver Dam sectional.

Megan Schuenemann, sr., Plymouth​

Schuenemann, No. 10 at 114, won the crown at the Beaver Dam sectional.
