I did my own mock last night. I’m going all in on offense. In free agency I’m doubling down and pursuing a few names to the offensive line like:

-Rasheed Walker - OT - 26 (Green Bay)
-Zion Johnson - G - 26 (Chargers)
-David Edward’s - G - 29 (Buffalo)

Would also love to bring in Rico Dowdle at RB.

He will potentially be less athletic than Travon Walker who has never had more than 10.5 sacks in a season. A good player, but not what you want out of a top 10 guy. That runs you about 15 mil for his 5th year option.

They aren't. He is a good player but crazy taking an EDGE in the top 10 whose best trait is not rushing the passer.

Abdul Carter went 3 last year with 23 college sacks. Bain has 20.5.

Kayvon Thibodeaux went 5 with 19. Aidan Hutchinson went 2nd with 18 over 4 years.

I mean...if Bain didn't have production, he wouldn't be viewed as a 1st round pick because of his arm length. He is a good player, but he just isn't likely to be a top pass rusher based on his skill set and arm length. How he wins is a lot harder in the NFL than it is in college.

Didn’t walker just get arrested? Also
Ide be happy with Bain or Bailey
all three edge players are risky… Bailey has character issues and may not even be an every down player… Bain not explosive… short arms.. Reese doesn’t have a position…. My guess is they will take fano or Francis

Bain has the best hands of the group, he's the safest NFL prospect.

This is a tough year for sure things. Playing inside on the DL he is pretty sure as his arm length is not as big a factor there. I still like trading down in the top 10. The choices will be as sure there as at 3.

Same, I'm fine trading back but I don't see why anyone would want to trade up. Or at least, they won't want to pay much for the pleasure.

I'm pretty position agnostic for this draft. We should draft whoever we think is All Pro talent. Whether that's Caleb Downs, Reuben Bain, Sonny Styles, Mansoor Delane or Jerimiyah Love. I'm not liking the tackle group much in the top 10, I think the top two guys go mid round any other year. Certainly I'm out on all the mocks of Fano at #3.

Option 1: trade down three times for firsts next season. Load up to get your QBOF in 2027.

Option 2: bite the bullet and take either love or downs. Go for talent. Trade Buddha and let Thompson go.

Option 3: Bailey and hope he’s not just a situation player.

Option 4: take and er talented OT with a premium pick and hope he’s good enough to be a talented bookend to PJJ for a decade.
