Claremore’s Jarrett Hurt and Inola’s Brett Thomas guided their teams to milestone achievements, postseason runs and historic benchmarks, earning shared recognition as the Progress All-County Football Co-Coaches of the Year.
Brett Thomas | Inola | Third Season
Thomas guided the Longhorns to a breakthrough 2025 season, earning a 9-3 record while leading a team that won seven-straight games and hosted its first home postseason contest since 2016 and won its first playoff game since 1994.
Jarrett Hurt | Claremore | 10th Season
Hurt led a senior class that won 28 games over three varsity seasons, tying the most wins in school history for a three-year span. The Zebras [8-4] hosted a playoff quarterfinal for the first time since 1994, with the class reaching semifinals and multiple quarterfinals.
