All-County Softball
The Progress All-County Softball Team recognizes the players who made the biggest impact across the county in 2025.
Selections were based on a combination of offensive and defensive production, with the First Team honoring the top 16 overall players regardless of position.

AWARD WINNERS
Most Valuable Player: Rilyn Stringfellow | Verdigris | Junior Pitcher
Stringfellow posted a 1.18 ERA with 271 strikeouts, holding opponents to a .139 batting average while logging 141.2 innings and a 17–7 record against top competition. She hit .560 with 14 home runs, 62 RBIs and 47 hits in 84 at-bats, producing power and consistency rarely seen from a pitcher. She controlled games on both sides of the ball and delivered the county’s most valuable two-way season, separating herself statistically from the field.
Defensive Player of the Year: Jentri Burch | Oologah | Sophomore Catcher
Burch delivered a flawless defensive season, recording a 1.000 fielding percentage with 274 putouts and 4 assists across 278 total chances. Offensively, she hit .430 with a .682 slugging percentage, 4 home runs, 15 doubles, 34 RBIs and 5 stolen bases, anchoring Oologah on both sides.
Pitcher of the Year: Jocelyn Leak | Oologah | Sophomore Pitcher
Leak pitched 193.1 innings with a 1.34 ERA, 248 strikeouts and a 0.936 WHIP. She also contributed offensively, batting .382 with a .526 slugging percentage, 9 doubles, 19 RBIs and 2 stolen bases. Defensively, she had 22 putouts and 17 assists on 43 total chances with a .907 fielding percentage.
Offensive Player of the Year: Brynlee Pratt | Inola | Junior Outfielder
Pratt powered Inola’s offense with a .510 batting average, .576 on-base percentage, .520 slugging percentage and 39 stolen bases. She added 12 RBIs and was nearly perfect defensively, posting a .983 fielding percentage in the outfield during a complete, high-impact season.
Coach of the Year: Cody Robinson | Oologah | 2nd Season
Robinson guided Oologah to a 28-8 record and its first state-tournament appearance since 2019, stabalizing a program for which he was the third coach in three years when he took over in 2024. The Lady Mustangs reached the Class 4A state semifinals, beating Elk City before falling to eventual champion Lone Grove. Robinson is 50-23 after two seasons at the helm. Oologah was 28-36 in the two seasons before his tenure.
FIRST TEAM
Lexis Breshears | Sequoyah | Junior Shortstop
Breshears hit .366 with a .624 slugging percentage, 4 home runs, 12 doubles, 24 RBIs, 32 runs and 11 stolen bases while posting a .924 fielding percentage with 103 putouts, 4 double plays and 7 assists across 119 total chances.
Kamryn Crenshaw | Oologah | Freshman Shortstop
Crenshaw made an immediate impact as a freshman, batting .367 with a .560 slugging percentage, 12 doubles, 40 stolen bases and 18 RBIs while holding a .930 fielding percentage at shortstop with 32 putouts and 21 assists.
Emery Edmondson | Oologah | Sophomore Second Base
Edmondson delivered dependable middle-infield defense, finishing with a .930 fielding percentage on 129 chances while tallying 74 putouts and 46 assists. She also contributed offensively with 12 stolen bases and 9 RBIs.
Riley Fay | Claremore | Junior Outfield
Fay had a .500 on-base percentage, drawing 26 walks and 13 hit-by-pitches while stealing 31 bases and scoring 39 runs. She added a .949 fielding percentage in the outfield. She broke the school record for stolen bases and walks.
Amaeli Foster | Claremore | Senior Pitcher / Second Base
Foster earned All-State and All-Region honors after pitching 82 innings with a 2.31 ERA, 82 strikeouts and a 10-4 record while also notching a .915 fielding percentage. Offensively, she added 3 home runs, 15 RBIs and 5 stolen bases.
Avery Hyde | Claremore | Senior Catcher
An All-State and All-Regional recipient, Hyde delivered power and durability at catcher, hitting .344 with a .475 OBP, .646 slugging percentage, 6 home runs and 28 RBIs. Defensively, she posted a .963 fielding percentage across 215 chances.
Brooklyn Jones | Oologah | Senior First Base
Jones provided steady production at first base, hitting .349 with a .472 on-base percentage, 20 RBIs and 10 stolen bases. She recorded a .975 fielding percentage, converting 144 putouts and 9 assists on 157 total chances.
Sydney Lewis | Verdigris | Junior Shortstop
Lewis produced a standout season at shortstop, hitting .435 with 40 hits [13 doubles], 22 RBIs, 30 runs and 30 stolen bases while maintaining a .936 fielding percentage as a defensive anchor for Verdigris.
Alexis Morton | Claremore | Sophomore Pitcher / First Base
Morton excelled as a two-way contributor, pitching 124 innings with a 2.43 ERA, 73 strikeouts and a 1.161 WHIP. At the plate, she hit .365 with 31 hits, 26 RBIs and added defensive value with a .932 fielding percentage.
Addison Reavis | Claremore | Junior Shortstop
Reavis batted .447 with a .763 slugging percentage, .480 on-base percentage, 51 hits, 3 home runs, 40 RBIs, 42 runs scored and 25 stolen bases, breaking the school record for RBIs and runs scored. She was the 5A-4 Offensive Player of the Year.
Gabi Sherman | Verdigris | Senior Outfielder
Sherman hit .427 in 82 at-bats, tallying 35 hits — including 6 doubles and a triple — 16 RBIs and 13 stolen bases. Defensively, she recorded a .750 fielding percentage in the outfield.
Bella Weaver | Claremore | Sophomore Third Base
Weaver batted .393, totaling 44 hits, 10 doubles, 10 triples [school record], 27 RBIs, 41 runs and 10 stolen bases. On 116 total chances defensively, she logged 49 assists, 56 putouts, a .905 fielding percentage and 5 double plays.

Gabi Sherman | Verdigris | Senior Outfielder
Sherman hit .427 in 82 at-bats, tallying 35 hits — including 6 doubles and a triple — 16 RBIs and 13 stolen bases. Defensively, she recorded a .750 fielding percentage in the outfield.
Bella Weaver | Claremore | Sophomore Third Base
Weaver batted .393, totaling 44 hits, 10 doubles, 10 triples [school record], 27 RBIs, 41 runs and 10 stolen bases. On 116 total chances defensively, she logged 49 assists, 56 putouts, a .905 fielding percentage and 5 double plays.
