Sure, they were alwful signing, but injuries had nothing to do with it at the time. Being ranked 67th is of 76 for DT for Nichols and 107 out of 130 for IDL is bad and we overpaid.

If JG and his staff are incompetent, and they made the roster competitive over the first half, 7-9 wins isn’t unrealistic for a competent HC and staff.

I don’t believe that JG and his staff are incompetent. They have to be fired because two five-game losing streaks in one season is completely unacceptable.

The players aren’t good enough. There aren’t enough good players. Every team in the NFL has three or four good players.

I dunno. Is it worse than Kliff’s staff where people were being sent home from Mexico? Is it worse than whatever was going on with Eberflus’s Bears last year? Worse than whatever is happening with the giants and Raiders this year?

This isn’t an argument to keep anyone around. They’re all bad and this isn’t acceptable. I think Gannon was handed a bad roster at the beginning of this season and handed expectations that couldn’t be met.

We have no offensive line outside LT. Once CC retires this offseason, we have a bad D-line outside one solid rookie DL who so far is injury prone. No QB. A bad QB draft.

We have 1 good LB out of 4.

We have… I don’t even know if we have 1 good player in the secondary. I guess 21 is solid. Agent Zero has looked like a zero since he got nicked up, which happened early and often.

Maybe not “a lot”, but I also don’t think this team is lifeless in talent. I have no faith in Monti regardless who the next HC is though.

Eh he has quite a bit of tape with solid play. A bad stretch during a bad season doesn't change what Williams has done in his career so far.

I’d like to see him after one more complete training camp, hopefully with other coaches. They’re going to pay him anyway. There’s always time to eliminate people.

This team is as bad as I can remember and I’ve watched for 51 years. When you look at the 3-11 record and the current starting roster, it’s just hard to get behind. I can’t imagine allowing this coaching staff to continue. Injuries happen but we are now the most injured team in the league. Someone is responsible for this. Is it poor technique? Poor strength/conditioning?
I think both and some bad luck of course but you can bet that being most injured in the league has more blame than just bad luck.
Aside from injuries there’s the realization that the players and coaches are “just not good enough”. One compliments the other but neither is happening.
This is the product you get!

It’s a sad day and I for one am disgusted by this crap.
