Before the combine, the WR who appears to be flying the furthest under the radar at least on here is:TCU's Eric McAlister Has off-field incident on his resume, but size, athleticism, film + analytics are all *very* good

Any Jaxson Dart climbers here that sneak into the first round?
Nussmeier, Allar, Beck, maybe Daniels...all have some heavy positives and with a strong combine somebody could pull the trigger.
Nussmeier was top notch until an injury led to a poor season...Allar has obvious talents squashed by a known qb killer... Beck has the starts and the stats to help him wash away the injury issue..
It's QB, so you never know

Ooh, I don't think Allar climbs so high. I need him in the 3rd anyway. The others, possibly.

In my mind the difference is Nussmeier did it. There’s 2024 tape. The others lack that over a wide spectrum of games.

I am guessing none of these dudes scouted Ed Reed or Sean Taylor or Polamalu
i think this is a draft rating vs how they actually turned out thing

Taylor was the only one pre draft as a top 5 guy

as we know the hard way, "best ever" in a draft rating guarantees nothing

Ed Reed was amazing in college. Have you ever heard Belichick talk about watching his tape? Dude was a menace. IQ. Physical. Great size and speed. Major program. Also he had more picks in his senior season than Downs has had in his entire career.

You can argue that Troy was a bit shorter, but again, he was an beast in college at USC and had the same amount of career picks as Downs.

on Ohio State Safety Caleb Downs:

“think he's going to go in the Top 10... when he hits somebody, they freaking stop."

I feel that with QB Coach Schaub they finally have someone that could develop a young qb regardless of which one we draft.

has S Caleb Downs as the No. 6 prospect on his Big Board."Downs, the brother of NFL WR Josh Downs, is an extension of the defensive coordinator with excellent pre-snap instincts, solid in coverage, and a very reliable open-field tackler."

@joelklatt
has TE Kenyon Sadiq going No. 23 overall to Philadelphia

"Dallas Goedert is a free agent and Sadiq is the best TE in this class, showing great pass-catching skills and strong run blocking."

Nearly half of Sadiq's yardage this year came after the catch (260).

@FieldYates
has WR Jordyn Tyson going to the Saints at No. 8

"Tyson would be a huge addition to an offense that needs more playmaking alongside Chris Olave. He's electric with the ball in his hands and can be schemed up for as many touches as possible in New Orleans."
