Might as well start it and begin the discussion.

Salary caps have been updated.

ESPN just rated their top 50 FAs. Zach Allen is ranked 23rd, which if they’re correct he might have to be tagged to be retained. If not he’s certain to be more costly than most anticipated. Allen would be a must retain IMO. Murphy is placed 37th and with his back issues I’m not certain I’d expend the probable cost to retain him, though I like him. I must admit Wilson exceeded my expectations. I’d keep Hamilton as a backup. Matthew showed flashes. I’d try to sign one FA. Cameron Sutton would be my first choice. ESPN rates Bradberry higher but he’s older and may actually be cheaper. He’d be fine. The Cards have to go big and get one of these guys. I‘m thinking the Cards should grab a CB in round 2 of the draft. On the O-line I like Risner or Powers playing inside. I’m going C in round 2 (if they get another second) or round 3 in the draft.

Harry, what about the following free agents;
G Nate Davis, 6'3" 315 from TN
G/C Evan Brown, 6'3" 320 from Det.
CB Jamel Dean 6'1" 206 from TB

Wild Shot: LB Reuben Foster, 1st round pick trying to get back in football.

I need to know who the HC will be before I even think about FA.

Davis still needs work on pass blocking and that’s already a Cards’ weakness. Brown is the opposite. He’s decent & improving as a pass blocker, but looks weaker to me when pass blocking. I don’t see him as a big improvement especially with this excellent draft pool at center. At 26 Dean is likely too expensive compared to the 2 I mentioned. He’s good and would be a solid get, but there would be little money for the other spots.

CBS just listed James Bradberry as the top FA the Cards should target.

My to 3 FA targets:
DL Jovan Hargrave
CB James Bradberry
OC Ethan Pocic

We need replacements for Hudson and Watt and a lock down CB, these three should help in solidifying the trenches and the secondary.

Assuming we draft Will Anderson at #3, ARZ can go BPA rest of draft and even have flexibility of trading down to land more picks.

Also, need to re-sign Allen.
