I'd be on board if it involved the #29 pick but not #10. That is too much.

You guys are on crack. That trade would be highway robbery for the Suns. We could flip both for far more value or we could keep them and be vastly improved on our own.

Unfortunately, there is no chance in hell that Boston is going to willingly commit seppuku.

Boston wouldn’t take Beal in a million years in just staring the salaries don’t match.

Maybe a third team. LMAO.

I've been doing this all day. I need to get to bed.

What flex said is he doesn’t think we will have the 10th pick, we are most likely trading it. Said we have potential deals for a center and pf, and that holiday is our target for pg.

I am just putting that all together and making that guess.

I do know Boston wants to dump both those guys. A third team could easily be involved and so could additional suns players to make salaries work.

Basically any big or PG.

Someone like Maluach, Queen, Fears, Jakucionis.

Good summary from NBADraft.net ranking Centers.

Here's their write up on Malauch.

I can see the case for Queen out of Maryland but the last Maryland C we drafted was Alex Len and that is clouding my view on him. I'd take the potential of Maluach over Queen, who was/is more developed now.

Jalen Smith played center for Maryland. Third time's the charm

Forgot about that. I was on the fence initially and now I'm 30/70% against through no fault of his own. Stupid, maybe, but I'd rather be stupid and pass than have my skepticism confirmed.

This rumor has been out there for a while and previously discussed here as well. I'm not sure where it originated.

It started asa fan theory after Boston started showing signs they want to lower their tax bill. The rest is conjecture.

Need to see more of Jakucionis. Not seeing why he is projected in the lottery right now. Anyone?

From the stats it looks like he gets to the freebie line, so there is that.

top 10 draft pick shouldn't be too extremely difficult if you know what you want - you literally pick your top choices 1 thru 10 and hope you don't end up with 10 - only if it were that easy but i think we can all agree ish will ultimately make the pick

Watched a lot of him (Illinois fan) - will be a really, really good NBA player - great instincts. But, not sure his position is what we need right now.

I am thinking BPA that is not a wing. If someone really good falls out of the top 5 then grab him regardless. Figure out the roster later.

No.

But what I see is a highly skilled player, not a stiff.

He can handle, pass, seems to drive well, board, and his shot looks pretty decent. Really kind of looks more like a PF than a center, but can probably do either.

He looks like he could be a better version of senguin or sabonis to me.

A slightly slimmer (so far) Oliver Miller.

I think we can do a wing but it needs to be a 3/4 wing and not a 2/3 wing. Ultimately you just have to take BPA.
Agree. Even if it’s a 2/3. Need to add talent. The issue is they aren’t going to trade Booker so we can’t take a 2/3. Which handcuffs our selections.

Saw some more clips of Jakucionis. Might be a good addition but it depends on who is available when we pick, and how high they value the best C/PF. I have higher hopes for draft selection than roster construction.

He's 250lb's not 350.

I think that is way over the line. I get that overweight players make people nervous, but he is barely overweight.

Look, I am just looking at what is possibly available that we need, and to me that means big men - period. I don't want a PG.

Maluach does not have much skill, and he does not appear to be a great athlete. He's not going to be a star. Just a Rim protector / lob finisher. I am looking for more upside than that considering this is likely the only lottery pick we will get for the next 6 years.

lol, is that a joke? If Flex is saying that he is hitting new levels of stupid.

Zero shot, none what so ever that such a trade would happen. Boston isn't going to gut their team and give up 2 highly valuable players for the #10 pick and the worst contract in basketball.
I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would pay the slightest attention to "Flex". He's shown time and time again to have no inside sources.

Weight is more than a number. Its an insight to someone's mind, whether they have or dont have a lot of things; drive, self-control, mental fortitude, determination, etc.

We need lob threats. Running the floor and lobs are the new offensive dirt workers.

I know fans are mocking the constant Michigan ties, but Danny Wolf is really intriguing. It's hard not see the Jokic similarities in his play and skill set, although I don't want to put that on him. 10 seems to be too high for him though.

I've been going through some video, still a long way to go, but Rasheer Fleming PF Saint Joseph's, caught my eye. He can sky and finish. Wonder why he is not getting more love.

I also like the ball handling skills of PF/C Danny Wolf.

A trade down from #10 might be interesting.
