Danny Wolf is the highest ranked player that we’ve had in for a workout. I wonder if we can get any more higher ranked people in by Mon/Tues.

Based on a quick examination of the likely players at 10, I am liking Derik queen.

Queen isn’t the athlete that Maluach is. Queen is pretty skilled, but he’s got a sloppy body. I have difficulty figuring out where he fits in today’s nba.
So I guess jokic doesn’t have a place in the nba either huh?

There’s like a 2-3 inch difference in height and jokic has a preternatural feel for the game and an outside shot.

Are you calling this kid jokic? Let’s get that on the record, if so.
No.

But what I see is a highly skilled player, not a stiff.

He can handle, pass, seems to drive well, board, and his shot looks pretty decent. Really kind of looks more like a PF than a center, but can probably do either.

He looks like he could be a better version of senguin or sabonis to me.

Queen has a similar build to KAT. He seems to move like him and has a similar skill set.

He kinda reminds me of a poor man’s tom chambers. If we could get him around 20 I would like it.

That’s just it, he likely has to play PF, but he’s an old school PF, not a modern PF. And he likely can’t guard modern PFs nor can he effectively guard bigger centers.

He is skilled. There’s no doubt about that. And he lead that Maryland team as a frosh. I just struggle seeing him finding a position of impact in the modern nba.

Based on what flex just said, I have a bad feeling the suns may be trading Beal and the 10th pick to Boston for porzingas and holiday.

I would laugh my ass off if we did that

I’d be done with this team

Well after looking into it Porzingas, Holiday and Dillion Brooks are all off the books after next year that’s a ton of money now free

The Hawks have picks 13 and 22. If there isn't a guy we love at 10, I wonder if we could swap the the 10 and 29.

It would instantly make the Suns better if (huge if) Porzingis could stay healthy.

It fills the Suns need at center and point guard.

Look at Suns draft history of drafting a player and him becoming a star.

It was Amare in 2002. Nash was traded before he became a star in 1996 in more recent history.

I'd be on board if it involved the #29 pick but not #10. That is too much.

Maybe the Suns could trade down a notch or two, get another pick and still make the trade.

That trade doesn’t work. It would have to be Porzingis and Derrick White to line up financially.

Even better. Derrick White is younger but why would the Celtics trade him?

Btw, I don't have a salary sheet in front of me.

lol, is that a joke? If Flex is saying that he is hitting new levels of stupid.

Zero shot, none what so ever that such a trade would happen. Boston isn't going to gut their team and give up 2 highly valuable players for the #10 pick and the worst contract in basketball.
