    Play off scenario

If Cowboys lose to the Eagles next week and the Colts the next, which is highly possible, are we in?

    Chiefs game

I'd a feeling we'd lose in Atlanta, but I'm more optimistic that we'll turn up at home despite the injuries Until that doesn't happen, I'm going to enjoy one last week of cautious optimism

Possible Cards trip to London? Tell me more! They announced jags, raiders and falcons for London next year. Would be great if we were one of the 'away' teams.

OT: Silver Linings Playbook - memories..

Watched the film which was excellent with De Niro as a die hard Eagles fan though realised during it, it was set in our superbowl year which gave away a bit of the ending. At least gave me the opportunity to spend a bit of friday night retelling and reliving the Cards playoff run with my wife.

    Watching MNF in the UK

Woke up at 2am and settled down to game which had already started. Lay back down in bed sometime after 5am but snare drum in my chest kept going and kept me awake until alarm went off at 7. Loved the win but a very long day at work....

    Pro Leinart sentiment

Watching Rivers and Eli Manning it occurred to me that while neither are the finished article, they're both maturing and improving. It's taken time though and been 3 years in the making and a reason why i think it was the right call not to panic and instead to make Leinart our starting QB in 2008

    Happy New Year Everyone

NFC West still up for grabs

We can still stumble into winning the West but i think Seattle could win the next 3 so we're going to have to regroup and beat them Lions. And hell, i think we will. PS NFC west teams on a combined 18 game losing streak

    Pleased to report...

Just back from Wembley and enjoyed the atmosphere though it looked like a battle between two poor teams. Anyway to my point, while i wasn't exactly tripping over them, i was pleasantly surprised at the number of Cards outfits i saw - mainly Edge and fitz, and while Dolphins, Pats, Giants...

    arizona teams popularity

I only hang around the Cards forum as i'm a Cubbie and Maple Leaf fan but i wondered if the Cards are now the most popular franchise in town now, just going by attendance and traffic on this site?

    yin and yang

I've come to accept the Cards are the 'yin' to the rest of my life's 'yang'. It helps me to deal with these losses. I'll probably lose my wife, job and kids if we make the playoffs.

    OT - College football

If we see a more exciting game this year in the NFL than the Appalachian upset of Michigian, we'll be doing well. And look out for Jahvid Best, running back from Cal. He's lightening quick.

    Digging Our Graves

As a fan I'd rather spend the next few months being optimistic than pessimistic - hell, live's too short otherwise. So I'm going to give Graves and Whis the benefit of the doubt that they felt letting Big go was in the best interest of the team; i'm going to say i'm really chuffed we dealt...

    the grass is always greener

Just been speaking to a Raider friend of mine who says there's disbelief among Raiders fans that all they got from the Cards was a 4th rounder when they had the chance to steal a potential top 10 pick in Branch.
