    Seattle Times article

"So this is where the Seahawks stand this morning: 3-3, three-game losing streak in tow, a half game behind St. Louis in the NFC West, one game ahead of once-lowly Arizona." 'once-lowly' instead of 'lowly'. PROGRESS!

Cards #28 in ESPN Power Rankings, 5 Games Left Against Lower Teams

ESPN is pretty easy to figure -- they put us at the absolute lowest of any team that has any wins at all. They couldn't justify putting a team without wins ahead of us. If we were undefeated, I swear they'd still have 2 teams with a loss ranked above us, claiming they deserved it.

For the record (submit your stance)

I'm on board with Green 100%. He's an excellent coach, but more important, he's got the background in turning around a few loosing organizations. That's crucial -- and why I'm quite willing to cut him some slack when he releases a player I thought was doing pretty good. As far as the...

    ESPN2 Monday Quarterback

May I add -- one 'analyst' wanted Ditka to talk about Bulger -- and Mike cut him off. "Let's talk about that Cardinal defense first!" He went on to say a lot of good things about the Cards and Green -- including that they're really going to be something as they develop.

Patriots arriving in valley 2 days early

The Cards practiced full out in the heat all during the off season. They had 3 'camps' prior to Flag -- and split time then between Flag and Prescott -- to be more used to the heat. I really do believe the Cardinals will surprise a lot of people Sunday. Mostly Pats fans.

i've never felt more encouraged following a loss

Do you really think no articles will come out ripping the Cards? But I'm also very encouraged. This is going to be a great team -- just give them time.

Green's way is a hard way.

I believe the same rules -- and even more restrictive -- apply to other teams. I know last year the Cardinals were considered a paradise to cover by comparison. I was told that by several media types - local and national. Even last year there were restrictions on what you could report. You...

I cried my heart out when they cut Scotty Anderson.

    Is anyone else worried??

Is it possible some of these guys are not as hurt as we fear? Would the team mislead the Rams and/or others?

How long did the starters play?

You have to forgive the Denver media, Russ. I've heard in some towns, the press guys are actually biased FOR the home team.

How can we really evaluate our players in the preseason?!

Doesn't a lot hang on the coach's philosophy of preseason? I know last year Mac stated the team needed wins, to get their confidence up, and to get on a roll. He worked a little harder on winning. I'm not sure what the new philosophy is, but it appears to be more of personnel evaluation and...

    Josh McCown Is The Answer

Josh is a smart guy, too. When Green made him the starter, he spent all his time either practicing with receivers or in the film room, studying. His goal was to help the coaches teach the new system when the first camps started. He was astonished at Green's support -- and determined from that...
