Only three players who I haven’t seen at all during the three weeks of OTAs: Jacoby Brissett, Josh Sweat, Walter Nolen.

Garrett Williams is here today in street clothes, along with Tip Reiman. James Conner and Trey Benson have both done some work on the side w/ trainers.

Takeaways from #AZCardinals HC Mike LaFleur after OTA session No. 3:

- Doesn’t worry about MHJ’s confidence level entering year three. Knows his intentions are right and he puts his best foot forward. “You don’t worry about guys whose intentions are right”. Highlights staying healthy as a big pillar of success entering 2026. Thought he’s made strides since OTAs started. Says his profile is of a typical X receiver but Mike’s system will move guys inside and outside.

- On Myles Garrett trade: Isn’t concerned about it right now. Solely focused on winning today. “No” when asked if it’s daunting looking at the rest of the division. “The best teams worry about themselves.”

- Battle between Rabbit and Andrew Wingard is a “really cool problem to have” opposite of Budda Baker

- On motion: You don’t want to motion to motion. There should always be a reason. Cited basketball and the picks to get right matchup, says motioning is in the same thought process. Also cited leverages.

- Says the illusion of complexity is beneficial but doesn’t complicate things for his offense. Says he’s not trying to “trick “ defenses at this point of year, just wanna see what guys can/can’t do.

- benefit of having Teryl Austin “has been pretty cool” and loved his experience with Steelers. Called his presence really special and has same level of respect for him as Mike Tomlin

- Believes they have the right players and people in the locker room to uphold his standard

- “good” when asked how healthy the team was. Says they’re in a good spot.
