Part of the Vikings being good will be because their QB room is costing 12 million dollars combined. I am guessing Wentz gets cut so it will be under 10 million for 3 QBs.

They only have 9 million available right now.

602, the Vikings forum needs you. For giggles and grins, I went to their forum to see what was being said about their new QB1. It's about 50/50 and the positive posts are just ok with him. And I will say I've seen my share of negative posts on this forum but we're little kids compared to some of the stuff they post. More surprising was the dislike of KOC. Probably surprising to me because I don't follow them

People would be shocked to know what most fans and media say about their teams. Arizona is soft comparatively.

We’ll all be following the Vikings closely closely this year and if you deny it you’re lying.
I pop into this thread when it shows up in the "Latest Posts" sidebar. I, for one, will not be following the Vikings closely closely or otherwise and I ain't lyin'. Kyler going to the Vikings is not interesting to me in the slightest, nor would it be if he went to any of the 30 other teams.

I am glad he's out of here and don't care if he does good or bad elsewhere. The end of the Pouty McPoutface "era" or perhaps "error" is grand.

I read about the Eagles having issues with Jalen Hurts. Not wanting to use motion, go under center, etc. Same stuff that tend to happen with Kyler.

Its imperative that he embraces KOC's system. He's gotta be willing to embrace more motion and play on rhythm. A guy who won Super Bowl MVP is under fire. Kyler better embrace it/make it happen now or he'll be a backup going forward.

What does his dad have to say about that?

Not wanting to use motion is literal craziness. I remember Kliff used to keep DHop on one side, at the X, and never moved him. It was to a point his route tree became a meme here.

Not using motion is like playing chess without your bishops. Motion keeps your guys fluid, puts an already fast player in motion before the snap so they’re moving even faster, lets you know more about what the defense is doing as they have to react, I mean it’s all win-win, unless of course you know more than everyone and don’t need to kill yourself watching film or anything.

I think that’s clearly a Kyler preference not Kliff. We always promise to use more motion but then pare it away.

Kyler just preferred seeing static defenses. He needs to evolve.

Actually think Kliff stepping back and learning from McVay is a good thing for him long term.
