Interesting but nothing to get excited about. Adding OL depth is good but the Cards have only really brought in one starter in OG Seumalo. Still need a quality RT.

All true. unless the Cardinals have decided to take a tackle with the third pick, we need to sign a free agent tackle. We could move up into the bottom of 1st round but you never know how the draft will fall. I don't want to wait until our second-round pick and take whatever tackle is left.

I guess what you are saying is that if we land a RT in the Draft, we can get excited about our OL.

Nobody RT worth buying. Have to go to draft or trade.

It’s laughable how upset people get over the Cardinal’s approach. It’s obvious that Monti is taking the long approach, which leads me to believe that he’s safe in 2026 regardless of what happens this year. If we stay healthy, and that’s a big if, we will be much better that anyone gives them credit for. If not, we’ll stink. It’s that simple. Nothing to get upset over. As long as a Bidwill owns the team, there’s an extremely small chance we’ll be successful.

You mean he's taking the lo-o-o-o-ooooo-oh-oh-oh-onggg approach. Like, maybe, if he adds enough non-impact players, some of them will be good enough to get the team to 9-8 in year 12.

Yes, he’s taking the long approach. We have like $180 million to spend in FA next year. Not that I agree with it, but it appears even Bidwill doesn’t seem too bothered with how 2026 goes.

We are on an upward trend. We will slowly improve each year, winning a couple of more games than the previous year. We should be a playoff team in 2028. The 2030s will be the decade of the Cardinals.
That was the exact same plan in 2023. Playoffs in 2025 and then a long run. And... SPLAT!!!!

The NFL has multiple worst to first stories basically every year. Only the Cardinals, Browns and Jets actually use the three year plan. It's a really great plan, except for the small flaw where you never get to the year 3 Playoffs part of the plan.

Except for every third year...when our HC snaps from the stress of trying to win games with shackes on and starts attacking players on the sidelines...then gets fired

Anyone who changes their philosophy on a dime due to fear of being replaced doesn't really believe in their own philosophy, do they? It doesn't mean he isn't going to get ishtcanned after the league pants' him again on draft day and the season is finally flushed away. Im so very tired of reading every post from you telling us again and again that Bidwill is the problem. We all know it.

Well, you've come around to disagreeing with the approach, so I am with you.
