He’s cooked lol. He’s 28 years old, uber talented, and now has a monstrous chip on his shoulder. And if he ends up in MN, he will have an OL that will protect him and significantly better weapons around him. And more than anything, he can play free because he’ll have a defense that can stop the opponent when he does have a rare turnover. He spent most of his career with the Cardinals knowing that he had to score on most every possession if the Cardinals had any chance of winning. And that train of thought almost never results in success.
I doubt it. Heck, name me one former Cardinals offensive player that went on to light it up with another team. Most of them fade into oblivion.

Nope - only the waterboy showed up
So sad. Whenever a coach is literally on the hot seat - a team either surprises and outperforms their talent level...or they just quit.

Hurley was an amazing college player and just an average coach (so far in his career).

sorry i call bull. K1 religiously would leave an established pocket game in and game out. It was one of his great faults.

We would hike the ball, jet out and play run around even when he didnt have to. That broke down the plays/offense

He had plenty of weapons here from Fitz Hopkins to wilson and McBride. I mean what else did he need?

I wonder if we will stop talking about Murray after today. Especially during the dog days of the off season.
I am so sick of this guy.
The conversation will go underground at some point, and then if Kyler goes to the Vikings, September will roll around in 2 or 3 years, and it will be Vikings vs Cardinals....Groundhog Day is coming! LOL

I think Otis Anderson went to the Giants and was, IIRC, MVP of a Super Bowl. But, I get what you're saying.

Tough to avoid any of them sacks when your OL whiffs completely & 4 defenders have cut off any possible angle to escape. Didn’t we watch Brissett get sacked like 70 times last year, when Murray was only getting sacked about half of that? It’ll be a LONG time before we see a better QB in AZ than what Murray was. But, you’ll find out soon enough lol.
You don’t have to wait. Follow him to his and your new team.
As far as I’m concerned I don’t care where he goes or how he does. I’ve seen enough of that here.

Complete blunder by everyone including Kyler. Can’t believe that lasted 7 years.

They should have brought in his high school coaching staff. I keep hearing about how unbelievable he was in high school...
Yes, and the last time I checked, he also won a Heisman Trophy in college, and was the best drafted Cardinal QB in franchise history.

Most teams that pay their quarterback $50 million a year are really bad when that guy doesn’t play.

The difference with us was we weren’t particularly good when he played either.
We’re just a pathetic franchise regardless of who you put under center. But, we were significantly better with him than without him. That cannot be denied.

Hard to say since we’ve only had 2-3 good QB’s in the last 77 years. You’re fooling yourself if you think that Murray will fade into oblivion. Time will tell.
