Fact: Some people are Cardinals fans who have had to put up with Kyler and this team's shortcomings for the last 7 years. But you did. And you do it repeatedly
No he doesn't, stop gaslighting. But you did. And you do it repeatedly
Some people will become fans of a team because of a playerFact: Some people are Cardinals fans who have had to put up with Kyler and this team's shortcomings for the last 7 years.
Fact: Some people are Kyler fans who have only been following the Cardinals for the last 7 years because Kyler has been here and they will likely follow Kyler on his career path to whichever team he lands with, likely Minnesota.
Those are simply facts. Not questioning anyone's fandom. There are people in all sports that follow a team or they follow star players.
Describing why someone IS a fan is not questioning their fandom. It is exactly what it is - it is describing why they, wait for it, "are a fan." What's their motivation. We all are motivated by different things. Nowhere have I stated that certain people "are not fans" because that would be questioning their fandom. Lesson over. You're welcome. Have a great day now. Some people will become fans of a team because of a player
And I’ve seen people questioned the fandom of Kyler supporters who have been here since Kyler was in kindergarten
You’re projecting that you know why people are on this board and it is 100% against the rules.
Even if someone is a Kyler fan first right now they’re still a cardinal fan and you are 100% questioning their fan down and as an alleged super moderator, you should know better
When was he a star?Fact: Some people are Cardinals fans who have had to put up with Kyler and this team's shortcomings for the last 7 years.

Technically, he doesn’t have to be released today. The big kicker is being released by 3/15/2026 which is the additional guaranteed money based on the contract he signed. So…. Let’s keep him a little a little longer to explore all available options.5 hours left as a cardinal
He was a perceived star. According to some people he was a generational talent that you just could not pass on with the first pick in the draft. He was offensive rookie of the year, made a couple of Pro Bowls, and played well early in one season before backing into the playoffs and crapping out poorly in So-Fi stadium. He used to be able to throw long passes and made incredible runs with his legs. He and his agent pressured the team into an enormous contract and the rest is history. When was he a star?
Looks like it's going to be Hurley's last game.Arizona State - Iowa State underway
Kyler was paid a lot of money to produce results and never accomplished that. FACTBrian never being this aggressive against a horrendous FO compared to Kyler & even MHJ on a smaller scale will always be hilarious.
Did anyone tell ASU they were playing? Down 45-15 at half.Arizona State - Iowa State underway
Being a fan of this team for almost 40 seasons will teach you that griping about the FO does not ever solve anything. If we win it is despite the FO.Brian never being this aggressive against a horrendous FO compared to Kyler & even MHJ on a smaller scale will always be hilarious.
He’ll need a good defense after his 3 and out drives, fetal position sacks, 15 yard loss sacks and running out of bounds short of the LOS.He’s cooked lol. He’s 28 years old, uber talented, and now has a monstrous chip on his shoulder. And if he ends up in MN, he will have an OL that will protect him and significantly better weapons around him. And more than anything, he can play free because he’ll have a defense that can stop the opponent when he does have a rare turnover. He spent most of his career with the Cardinals knowing that he had to score on most every possession if the Cardinals had any chance of winning. And that train of thought almost never results in success.
I think this is the first time I’ve seen you give an anti-FO response. Nice.Being a fan of this team for almost 40 seasons will teach you that griping about the FO does not ever solve anything. If we win it is despite the FO.
Probably not. His name is going to get brought up in an OT thread when he is playing.I wonder if we will stop talking about Murray after today. Especially during the dog days of the off season.
I am so sick of this guy.
That's what the OT - Kyler Murray Debacle Thread is for.I wonder if we will stop talking about Murray after today. Especially during the dog days of the off season.

I get it. But in a couple of hours he will be gone. What else can be talked about that hasn’t been over 12,000 times? That's what the OT - Kyler Murray Debacle Thread is for.
Skip it if you don't want to know how he's doing. LOL
Tough to avoid any of them sacks when your OL whiffs completely & 4 defenders have cut off any possible angle to escape. Didn’t we watch Brissett get sacked like 70 times last year, when Murray was only getting sacked about half of that? It’ll be a LONG time before we see a better QB in AZ than what Murray was. But, you’ll find out soon enough lol. He’ll need a good defense after his 3 and out drives, fetal position sacks, 15 yard loss sacks and running out of bounds short of the LOS.
Enjoy the moment now, because it’ll suck next year if in fact he’s a Viking & McConnell figures out how to use him. Like any undersized talent, it’ll come down to whether Kyler can stay relatively healthy. The Cardinals are probably the most clueless franchise in ANY sport & Murray still had his moments with little to no support. Until Bidwill is gone, the Cardinals are a lost cause, so I’m at least happy Kyler is escaping & having an opportunity to show his true worth. There were many reasons why he didn’t ultimately succeed here, but the only real truth is that we were like 2-25 when he wasn’t on the field playing. Love him or hate him, we were miserably bad without him.
