The jury is out on Ossenfort for sure, but not due to his record.
In his 3 seasons as GM he had Josh Dobbs for most of a season and JB for most of a season. Kyler, in both our opinions, is not a good QB when he was available.
This isn't to defend MO, and there's enough to criticise outside this, but I'm not going to use his record against him when he was stuck with Kyler and that contract. A guy most people on this board spent 400 pages saying how much he sucked.
You can argue he knew what he was getting into, sure, but I don't see how that changes anything. I'm sure he took the job hoping they could turn him around, he was less of a lost cause back in 2022. But it turns out he was actually worse than we all thought.
