Rosen. Buster Douglas. Nkemdiche. A corner i forgot. Uhm...5 is hard. Wanna put ML there but he almost locked vs Chicago til we let them off the hook. Levi Brown just because of the trade and AP being generational...which I a reason I'm on the Love train rn.

Beanie Wells doesn't deserve consideration? Or maybe I just remember the delta between Wolf's love-fest and reality lol

How can you guys forget to put Wendell Bryant on this list. He was the 12th pick of the first round in 2002 and out of the league for good after 3 years. A super bust.
This one still stings...

Wendell Bryant - DT Wisconsin
2002 Rd 1 12th overall

2002
Held out signing his rookie contract until after game 1 of the regular season missing all of training camp and week 1 of the regular season and placed on the exempt list for week 2.
Played the remaining 14 games.
Sacks: 1.5
Combined Tackles: 24

2003
Inactive 4 weeks.
Sacks: 0
Combined Tackles: 19

2004
Suspended week 1-4; Inactive an additional 8 games. Saw the field 3 of the remaining 4 weeks.
Sacks: 0
Combined Tackles: 1

3 year career as the 12th overall pick: 1.5 sacks and 44 combined tackles.

For comparison, undrafted PJ Mustipher had 32 combined tackles in 2025.

Kelly Stouffer belong on this list?
"OMG, we drafted a girl!!!"

That's a pre-Phoenix/Arizona draft pick, so I tend to exclude him.

My list is:

1. Wendell Bryant
2. Andre Wadsworth
3. Robert Nkemdiche
4. Josh Rosen
5. Jonathan Cooper.

Unfortunately, there are a LOT of (dis)honorable mentions that could be added.

My daughter's first favorite Cardinal player... She's still a fan of the team, somewhat unbelievably, but Beanie sure prepped her for the ride.

Go Cards!!!

Undoubtedly the #1 bust in Cards history is Lossenfort.

Hard to be worse than Rod Graves but he's done it.
